Jeffrey L. Jordan’s personal Mind-Body-Spirit Coaching Program takes his clients on a daily journey (3-6 months) focused on achieving goals through better nutrition, improved fitness, and improved mindset while discovering new ways to conceive their happiness and life-satisfaction.

By applying the Mind-Body-Spirit approach to Transformation & Wellness, you will begin to feed your Mind with positive and intentional thinking, fuel your Body with nutritious foods, and strengthen your Spirit with purpose.

Mind-Body-Spirit Transformation MasterClass (online coaching)

In this 6-week transformative online Mind-Body-Spirit Training/Mentoring/Coaching program designed by Jeffrey L Jordan you are going to learn how to strengthen your Mind and shift your mindset, fuel your Body through proper nutrition and exercise, and harmoniously feed your Spirit so that you can propel yourself to practical, sustainable growth and lasting change.

If you have a desire improve your wellness through strengthening your Mind, Body, and Spirit but time, logistics, and resources may be an issue for you, then I have developed a 6-week online Transformation Training, Mentoring, & Coaching Program for you. The sole purpose of this course is to give you all the keys to unlock the secrets to building a positive mindset, the nutritional knowledge to know exactly what your body needs and wants to function at it’s highest level, and how to develop a spiritual purpose and connection to something greater than yourself. At the end of the 6 weeks you will know how to put that into play within the framework of your life.

The First Module: During the first 2 weeks you will discover nothing genuinely changes until you surrender the mindset that doesn’t and hasn’t served you in the past. In the first module, focused on the Mind, you will shift your mindset, set clear Intentions, and develop your Vision for the healthiest version of yourself.

The Second Module: After strengthening and aligning your Mind and getting clear on your Intentions and Vision, the second module will focus on the Body. You will learn the 3 most important aspects of Nutrition, and discover how Exercise and Movement can work in your life in a practical way.

The Third Module: The third module of the course will introduce Spirit as an energy force, and teach you daily rituals that will support a spiritual practice and connection to a greater purpose. Over the last 2 weeks we will also connect the 3 pillars of Wellness (Mind-Body-Spirit) so your Transformational approach will be well-balanced and integrated across these 3 very important aspects of life.


I have been coaching, teaching, leading, and instructing transformative ways to achieve improved wellness since 2011. I have had the privilege to lead the 1:1 personal transformations of hundreds as a certified health & wellness coach, and serve thousands at my Fitness for the Mind-Body-Spirit Transformation Center in New Jersey. Prior to my Wellness Transformation work, I had the honor to mentor and teach life-skills to children and young adults through my non-profit Foundation. I have seen so many people grow in so many incredible ways through the years, and I have grown equally through the exchange. As in all of life, nothing is ever one way. I have embraced this Divine exchange and seek ways to support more people in a scalable, affordable way.

So how does this course work?

  • The 6-week course is presented and delivered in 3 Modules.
  • Each Module consists of approx. 15 days of instruction/training/mentoring.
  • Each day, you will receive 2 emails/postings (within our private group) with easily consumable & digestible content.
  • The Content will include the main subject material (Mind-Body-Spirit) plus activities, collaborative assignments, recipes, links to supportive relevant material, books, videos, etc.
  • The Content format will be a combination of PDF downloadable files, Video presentations, or mini-Webinars.
  • At the midway point of each Module, there will be a Group Coaching call with me to discuss progress, questions, and feedback from all members.

Over the course of 7 days, we will introduce you an approach to Transformation that has proven to be comprehensive, practical, effective, and holistic in nature.
